Set opposite Park Beach, Coffs Harbour's main swimming beach, Sandcastles Holiday Apartments offer self-contained accommodation with a balcony. It features an outdoor heated swimming pool, 2 spa pools and a sauna.

Sandcastles Apartments are a 5-minute drive from both Coffs Harbour Airport and the famous Big Banana. Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve is less than 10 minutes’ drive away.

All air-conditioned apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry facilities and spacious living and dining areas. All include a flat-screen TV and a CD/DVD player. Guests receive 1 GB of WiFi each. Additional WiFi dockets are available upon request at the front desk, at no additional charge or limit.

What was the highlight of Sandcastles Holiday Apartments
Aparentment needs some TLC
We loved the pool area, the pool was heated so the kids could still enjoy it when it was around 18-20 degree days. Bed were comfy and had enough blankets to keep warm, I liked that there was a laundry with drier and washing machine in the apartment.
The apartment 228 had an ant problem, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen the first time we used it (the staff came and fixed it straight away) the internet didn’t work nor did we have phone service inside the building, there was mould on the curtains, the windows didn’t lock, the door dead bolt was broken, the back door didn’t lock either (just the screen door), there wasn’t enough cooking supplies eg. No tongs or flipper to cook with, the light bulbs were blown in some of the lights as well… over all the apartment needs some attention, we only stayed for 3 nights so put up with its short comings but with a few fixes it would have been a nicer stay.

Comfortable apartment with everything you need to relax and feel at home
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and the facilities available to us. We went straight to the supermarket and filled the fridge, knowing we could cook meals in the kitchen rather than eat out for our entire stay. Our 3 children enjoyed the spa and pool despite the rain!
There was no wifi which was frustrating as we had called to especially ask if there was. After several days the manager agreed for us to purchase a wifi card which was reimbursed so my husband could continue to work whilst we were away so after initial frustrations it was a great end result and we would love to visit again

Location, BBQ facilities
The light in the hallway and one of the bedrooms didn't work. Some of the surfaces (bedside table, dining table) hadn't been cleaned properly - eg were sticky.
