Aparentment needs some TLC
We loved the pool area, the pool was heated so the kids could still enjoy it when it was around 18-20 degree days. Bed were comfy and had enough blankets to keep warm, I liked that there was a laundry with drier and washing machine in the apartment.
The apartment 228 had an ant problem, the dishwasher flooded the kitchen the first time we used it (the staff came and fixed it straight away) the internet didn’t work nor did we have phone service inside the building, there was mould on the curtains, the windows didn’t lock, the door dead bolt was broken, the back door didn’t lock either (just the screen door), there wasn’t enough cooking supplies eg. No tongs or flipper to cook with, the light bulbs were blown in some of the lights as well… over all the apartment needs some attention, we only stayed for 3 nights so put up with its short comings but with a few fixes it would have been a nicer stay.

Great value budget accomodation in the heart of Coffs.
The location is perfect for the kids football trip. kids loved the pool, spas and sauna. Communication with the apartment staff answering my check in questions was great. full kitchen facilities was a bonus.

Good stay for families and affordable
Pool, spa and location and good value for money. Not modern but Nice & tidy apartments. Comfortable. Close to beach, bowling club and everything.
No wifi connection even though it said wifi available and no communication from staff when messaged via txt just left on read and no response even though they advised to message if require anything. Need new curtains but that’s minor.
